A Grateful Heart...

 A grateful heart comes through expressing gratitude to our Heavenly Father for His blessings and to those around us for all that they bring into our lives.



Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation and thankfulness for blessings or benefits we have received. As we cultivate a grateful attitude, we are more likely to be happy and spiritually strong.

 Bright and early Monday morning, St. Luke's Hospital in Meridian presented their "Daisy" Award to the Emergency Department staff that helped to save Elder Busath's life on that infamous day, June 20, 2016.  

Our daughter, Andi, also an Emergency Room nurse at St. Luke's was so grateful by their simple act of heroism as they performed their duties to perfection, saving her own father's life, that she nominated them them for the award and they won!

We should be thankful for the wonderful blessings that are ours and for the tremendous opportunities we have.

We welcomed eight new missionaries to the Idaho Boise Mission!

 The Lord has promised, "He who receiveth all things with thankfulness shall be made glorious" .

On Friday night we attended the "Spirit of Boise Hot Air Balloon Classic" 

at Ann Morrison Park in Boise. It was amazing!

Our way of welcoming September, the first of what my daughter, Andi, calls the brrr months. (Septembrrr, Octobrrrr, Novembrrr, Decembrrr).
