Day 3-St. Augustine, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana

Homeward bound,
Home where my thought's escaping,
Home where my music's playing

Home where my loved one's are waiting
excitedly, excitedly.
From Tallahassee, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana
On the road again...

Shortly after the French founded New Orleans in 1718, by Jean-Baptiste Le Moyne de Bienville, engineers drew up a formal city plan for Nouvelle Orleans-Vieux Carre, the area now called the French Quarter and the oldest neighborhood in the city. The city quickly expanded beyond those original boundaries to become an important American port  People arrived from all over the world to create a distinct culture rich in food, music, and tradition.
