Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.

Missionary transfers are on March 1st.
As a result it's crunch time to move missionaries to better locations, close down old homes, open up new homes and perform housing inspections.

 com·pan·ion and we add "friends"
a person or animal with whom one spends a lot of time

one of a pair of things intended to complement or match each other.

These companions made our day recently. Their housing inspection was scheduled and we were not looking forward to it. Their apartment was notorious for being messy, a catch all for departing missionary stuff. When they answered the door they pretended to be surprised at our arrival. After a brief moment of supposed confusion they welcomed us in warmly and then proceeded to knock our socks off. They had cleaned their apartment until it literally shined!!!

On Saturday, February 25, 2017 the Meridian Linder Stake held their very first
Women's Conference

They had a class on Family History...

Making the most of Grandma time, depress the stress, food preparation, sugar facts, coming out of hibernation and even a class on how to make scripture study a part of every season of your life.
Following the classes they had a delicious lunch and a special program with Eve, Esther and Emma Smith sharing their stories.
